Privacy Policy
Qarz ("the app") is a personal debt ledger operated by Datacode ("we", "us"). It lets you record what you owe and what is owed to you, keep those records private on your device, and optionally sync them to your account so you can share a debt with the other person by mutual agreement. This policy explains what data the app handles, why, and what control you have over it.
1. Data we collect and why
- Sign-in and account information. You can sign in with Google, Apple, or an email magic link through Firebase Authentication. We receive your email address and name from your chosen sign-in provider, plus a Firebase user id used as your account identifier. If you choose Apple, Apple may hide your real email address behind a private relay address.
- Debt records. Amounts, currency (IQD / USD), dates, payment entries and any notes you write. These are the core content of the app.
- Names of the other party. When you create a debt you type the name of the person it is with. The app does not read your device's contact list; only the names you type yourself are stored.
- Sharing invitations. If you choose to share a debt, the app generates an invitation code / QR code. Accepting it links the debt to the other person's account so both of you see the same confirmed history.
- Technical data. Firebase (see section 4) receives the standard information needed to serve requests: an app-integrity token (App Check), your authentication token, request timestamps and coarse error logs. We do not run advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not collect device identifiers for tracking.
2. Data that stays on your device
- App lock (biometrics / PIN). If you turn on app lock, Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint checks are performed by your phone's operating system and Qarz never receives, stores or transmits biometric data. If you set an app PIN, it is kept only on your device, as a salted hash in the device's secure storage; it is never sent to us.
- Local ledger. Until you sign in, every record lives only in the app's local database on your device. Signed-in accounts keep a local copy for offline use.
- Reminders. Due-date reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device by the app itself using flutter_local_notifications. We do not collect a device push token, and no notification content is sent to any server.
- Exports. PDF statements and JSON exports are generated on your device. Where you send them (email, files or another app) is entirely your choice and is handled by the app you pick.
3. How we use the data
Only to run the app: to sign you in, to store and sync your ledger, to share a debt with a person you invite, and to keep the service secure (rate limiting, abuse prevention). We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not use it to build profiles or to track you across other apps or websites.
4. Where the data is stored and who processes it
Account and synced ledger data are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Functions, Firebase App Check) in the Doha (me-central1) region, operated by Google LLC under its Firebase privacy terms. Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) handles Google, Apple and email-link sign-in; Apple's Sign in with Apple service is also used when you choose Apple. No other third party receives your data.
5. Sharing between users
A debt is private by default. When you invite the other person and they accept, both accounts see the same confirmed history of that debt (amount, payments, dates and notes). Either side can see the other's display name. Nothing else from your ledger is visible to them.
6. Retention
We keep your account and ledger data for as long as your account exists. Authentication information is retained as needed to provide and secure your account. Server logs used for security are kept for a limited period and then discarded.
7. Deleting your data
In the app: Settings → Delete account. After you re-confirm with your sign-in provider, your account is disabled and deleted, including every private debt and payment record you own, your invitations and your profile; the app then wipes the local copy, exports and reminders on your device. This cannot be undone. We keep only an anonymised marker that the deletion happened, so the request cannot be replayed.
Debts that you shared and the other person confirmed remain in their ledger, because that history is their record too; they are no longer linked to your account.
By email: If you cannot open the app, email info@datacode.app from the email address you used to sign in and ask us to delete your account. We handle email deletion requests within 30 days.
8. Your rights
You can export all of your data at any time from Settings (JSON and PDF), correct anything by editing it in the app, and delete everything as described above. If you have a question or a complaint about how your data is handled, contact us and we will respond promptly.
9. Children
Qarz is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, tell you in the app before they take effect.

قەرز («ئەپ») تۆمارێکی تایبەتی قەرزە کە لەلایەن داتاکۆد («ئێمە»)ەوە بەڕێوە دەبرێت. دەتوانیت پێی تۆمار بکەیت چی قەرزارت و چیت قەرزە لای خەڵک، تۆمارەکان بە شێوەی تایبەت لەسەر مۆبایلەکەت بهێڵیتەوە، یان بە ویستی خۆت لەگەڵ هەژمارەکەت هاوکات بکەیت و بە ڕەزامەندی هەردوولا قەرزێک لەگەڵ کەسەکەی بەرامبەر هاوبەش بکەیت. ئەم سیاسەتە ڕوون دەکاتەوە ئەپ کام داتا بەکاردەهێنێت، بۆچی، و تۆ چ کۆنترۆڵێکت بەسەریدا هەیە.
١. ئەو داتایانەی کۆیان دەکەینەوە و بۆچی

- ناوی کەسی بەرامبەر. کاتێک قەرزێک دروست دەکەیت ناوی ئەو کەسە دەنووسیت کە قەرزەکە لەگەڵیەتی. ئەپ لیستی ناوەکانی (contacts) مۆبایلەکەت ناخوێنێتەوە؛ تەنها ئەو ناوانە هەڵدەگیرێن کە خۆت دەیاننووسیت.
- بانگهێشتی هاوبەشکردن. ئەگەر بتەوێت قەرزێک هاوبەش بکەیت، ئەپ کۆدێکی بانگهێشت / کۆدی QR دروست دەکات. قبوڵکردنی، قەرزەکە بە هەژماری کەسەکەی بەرامبەرەوە دەبەستێتەوە بۆ ئەوەی هەردووکتان هەمان مێژووی پەسەندکراو ببینن.
- داتای تەکنیکی. فایەربەیس (بڕگەی ٤) ئەو زانیارییە ستانداردانە وەردەگرێت کە بۆ جێبەجێکردنی داواکارییەکان پێویستن: تۆکنی سەلامەتی ئەپ (App Check)، تۆکنی چوونەژوورەوەت، کاتی داواکارییەکان و لۆگی هەڵەی گشتی. هیچ SDKـی ڕیکلام یان شیکاری بەکار ناهێنین و هیچ ناسێنەرێکی ئامێر بۆ بەدواداچوون کۆ ناکەینەوە.
٢. ئەو داتایانەی تەنها لەسەر مۆبایلەکەت دەمێننەوە
- قوفڵی ئەپ (بایۆمەتری / PIN). ئەگەر قوفڵی ئەپ چالاک بکەیت، پشکنینی Face ID / Touch ID / پەنجەمۆر لەلایەن سیستەمی مۆبایلەکەتەوە دەکرێت و قەرز هەرگیز داتای بایۆمەتری وەرناگرێت، هەڵیناگرێت و نایگوازێتەوە. ئەگەر PINـی ئەپ دابنێیت، تەنها لەسەر مۆبایلەکەت، وەک هاشێکی خوێدار لە شوێنی پارێزراوی ئامێرەکەدا هەڵدەگیرێت؛ هەرگیز بۆ ئێمە نانێردرێت.
- تۆماری ناوخۆیی. تا نەچیتە ژوورەوە، هەموو تۆمارەکان تەنها لە بنکەدراوی ناوخۆیی ئەپ لەسەر مۆبایلەکەت دەمێننەوە. هەژمارە چووەژوورەوەکان کۆپییەکی ناوخۆیی بۆ بەکارهێنانی بێ ئینتەرنێت دەهێڵنەوە.
- بیرخەرەوەکان. بیرخەرەوەکانی بەرواری پارەدان ئاگادارکردنەوەی ناوخۆیین کە خودی ئەپ بە flutter_local_notifications لەسەر ئامێرەکەت کاتیان بۆ دادەنێت. هیچ تۆکنێکی pushـی ئامێر کۆ ناکەینەوە و ناوەڕۆکی هیچ ئاگادارکردنەوەیەک بۆ هیچ سێرڤەرێک نانێردرێت.
- هەناردەکردن. کەشفی PDF و هەناردەی JSON لەسەر مۆبایلەکەت دروست دەکرێن. بۆ کوێ دەیاننێریت (ئیمەیڵ، فایلەکان یان ئەپێکی تر) تەواو بڕیاری خۆتە و ئەو ئەپەی هەڵیدەبژێریت ئەنجامی دەدات.
٣. چۆن داتاکە بەکاردەهێنین
تەنها بۆ کارکردنی ئەپ: بۆ چوونەژوورەوەت، بۆ هەڵگرتن و هاوکاتکردنی تۆمارەکەت، بۆ هاوبەشکردنی قەرزێک لەگەڵ کەسێک کە بانگهێشتی دەکەیت، و بۆ پاراستنی سەلامەتی خزمەتگوزارییەکە (سنووردانانی داواکاری، ڕێگری لە خراپ بەکارهێنان). داتاکەت نافرۆشین، لەگەڵ ڕیکلامکاران هاوبەشی ناکەین، و بۆ دروستکردنی پرۆفایل یان بەدواداچوونت لە ئەپ و ماڵپەڕەکانی تردا بەکاری ناهێنین.
٤. داتاکە لە کوێ هەڵدەگیرێت و کێ پرۆسەی دەکات

٥. هاوبەشکردن لەنێوان بەکارهێنەران
قەرز بە شێوەی بنەڕەتی تایبەتە. کاتێک کەسەکەی بەرامبەر بانگهێشت دەکەیت و قبوڵی دەکات، هەردوو هەژمار هەمان مێژووی پەسەندکراوی ئەو قەرزە دەبینن (بڕ، پارەدانەکان، بەروارەکان و تێبینییەکان). هەر لایەک ناوی پیشاندانی لایەکەی تر دەبینێت. هیچ شتێکی تر لە تۆمارەکەت بۆیان دیار نییە.
٦. ماوەی هەڵگرتن
داتای هەژمار و تۆمارەکەت تا ئەو کاتەی هەژمارەکەت هەیە دەیهێڵینەوە. زانیاریی چوونەژوورەوە بەو ئەندازەیە هەڵدەگیرێت کە بۆ دابینکردن و پاراستنی هەژمارەکەت پێویستە. لۆگی سێرڤەر کە بۆ سەلامەتی بەکاردێت بۆ ماوەیەکی سنووردار دەهێڵرێتەوە و پاشان دەسڕدرێتەوە.
٧. سڕینەوەی داتاکەت
لەناو ئەپ: ڕێکخستنەکان ← سڕینەوەی هەژمار. دوای ئەوەی لە ڕێگەی دابینکەری چوونەژوورەوەکەت دووبارە ناسنامەکەت پشتڕاست دەکەیتەوە، هەژمارەکەت ناچالاک و دەسڕدرێتەوە؛ هەموو تۆماری قەرز و پارەدانە تایبەتییەکانی خۆت، بانگهێشتەکانت و پرۆفایلەکەتیش دەسڕدرێنەوە. پاشان ئەپ کۆپی ناوخۆیی، هەناردەکان و بیرخەرەوەکان لەسەر ئامێرەکەت پاک دەکاتەوە. ئەمە ناگەڕێتەوە. تەنها نیشانەیەکی بێناسنامە دەهێڵینەوە کە سڕینەوەکە ئەنجام دراوە، بۆ ئەوەی داواکارییەکە دووبارە نەکرێتەوە.
